User Agreement for the 1Post Application

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the 1Post application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) provided by 1Post (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By registering and using the Application, the user confirms their agreement to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which users may access and use the services provided through the Application.

1.2. Users agree to comply with all the rules, conditions, and obligations outlined in this Agreement.

2. User Obligations

2.1. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Application.

2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must not share them with third parties.

2.3. Users agree to use the Application solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.4. Users must track and confirm the receipt of orders in a timely manner according to the instructions provided by the Application.

3. User Responsibility

3.1. Users bear full responsibility for the safekeeping of orders received through the Application and must report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

3.2. Users agree not to use the Application for activities that could harm the reputation or functionality of the Company.

3.3. Users are liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of the Application or non-compliance with this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Company

4.1. The Company shall provide users with access to the Application and ensure its functionality to the best of its ability.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to modify the features, functionality, and design of the Application without prior notice.

4.3. The Company is not liable for temporary interruptions or technical failures affecting the operation of the Application but will strive to restore its functionality as soon as possible.

5. Data Privacy

5.1. The Company shall process and protect user data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company’s privacy policy.

5.2. By using the Application, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for the purposes of providing services through the Application.

6. Amendments and Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via the Application at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before they come into effect.

6.2. Users may terminate this Agreement by deleting their account and ceasing use of the Application.

6.3. The Company may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Application for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. By registering and using the Application, users confirm that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to comply with them unconditionally.

7.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.3. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Agreement is available in the 1Post Application and is effective from the moment of user registration.
